- W58RGZ10R0429 THIS MODIFICATION IS BEING ISSUED TO ADD EATON CORPORATION (CAGE CODE: 00624)AS AN APPROVED SOURCE AND ALSO CHANGE THE QTYS FROM 50/250 TO 200/1000. RESPONSE DATE HAS BEEN EXTENDED-SEE THE ABOVE. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. ***ATTENTION***ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Willie Littlepage, Contract Specialist, email: willie.t.littlepage@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. NOUN: Dummy Connector, Rec; NSN: 5935-01-572-0258; P/N: AE74232M, Quantity: 50 each minimum/250 each maximum 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery is 200 each 275 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 200 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Robertson Fuel Systems L>L>C (1T765) and Eaton Corporation (00624) because the government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall abe considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
