- NSN 1670-01-323-9900, Rubber Band, Parachute Suspension Line, manufactured in accordance with US Army Natick Soldier Center, CAGE 81337, drawing 11-1-4095. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. Guaranteed Min/Min Order Qty 293,181, Estimated Annual demand Qty/Max Order Qty 1,172,724, Max Contract Qty per year is 2,345,448. Orders are to be shipped within 120 days After Receipt of Orders to stock locations in the Continental United States. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the "C folders" link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation. Solicitation is Full and open competition after exclusion of sources, 100% set-aside for small business concerns. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is January 14, 2011 with a closing date of February 14, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about the issue date. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
