- Question: In regard to to CLINs for Cold Water Dispensers: does the Government intend to purchase these dispensers or lease them? Answer: The Government intends to purchase Cold Water Dispensers, not lease them. In accordance with the contract clause "Indefinite Quantity", the Government will purchase a minimum of (1) Cold Water Dispenser during the effective period of the contract and up to a maximum of (50) Cold Water Dispensers during the effective period of the contract.
