- Description
- The HHS/FDA intends to award on a sole source basis an order for iScan Bead Array Reader and Tecan Robot Upgrade service agreement to Illumina, Inc. of San Diego, CA for a base period of one year with two option periods of one year. This service maintenance is necessary to support and upgrade the installed equipment and software currently in use in the NCTR Division of Personalized Nutrition and Medicine at the Jefferson Labs/NCTR and includes on-site service and field service engineer instrument services. Illumina, Inc. is the only technically validated company certified or authorized to provide service on the equipment. Statutory Authority: 41 U.S.C (C)(1); Only one responsible source and no other supplies or sources will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered. Estimated Award Date: January 10, 2011.
