- The purpose of this modification is to clarify information identified in the last notice for 282 pieces of artwork. 1. Number 4 of previous notice stated, each print must be heat pressured to foam core for stability. The back of each framed piece must be completely sealed with paper backing. To clarify, all prints must be permanately mounted to foam core to ensure stability. Mounting method must not discolor or damage the image of the print. 2. Number 5 of previous notice stated, composite wood is not acceptable. After further discussion, COMPOSITE WOOD FRAMES ARE ACCEPTABLE. 3. The closing date is extended from 22 February 11 to 1 March 11. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
