- Please see attached Word Doc for complete description. GSA, FAS intends to establish a not to exceed 12 month Standing Price Quote (SPQ) for four (4) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) in the 8040 Federal Supply Class. These NSNs are part of GSA's Stock Program. All offers for this RFQ are to be FOB Destination, please submit only ONE quote for all locations. Quantities stated below are estimates only. CLIN 002 is set-aside for small business. The Government will make award to the responsive, responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
