- Statement of Objectives The National Institutes of Health (NIH) is requesting information from interested offerors to support an electronic application system. The intent is to enhance the existing four web-based applications currently in place i.e. CEP, GME, CRTP and REP. The NIH is conducting a market research to gain understanding of the capabilities and qualifications that exist in the marketplace. Attached is a Statement of Objective (SOO) outlining this requirement. In an effort to determine small business opportunities, this RFI is seeking Small Businesses having the ability to provide the services outlined in the SOO. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541512 and 541511. Responding companies should advise if they are considered a large or small business based upon the size standards provided.
