- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) Number F3QCCM0309A001. The solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition. Written procedures will be used for this solicitation Small Business NAICS Code 511210 Service Requirement: Purchase IBM Rational Doors Floating User License and Software Subscription and Support 12 months. Quantity: 4 each, Part Number D09LELL; IBM Rational Doors for Multiplatforms Version 9.2.0 Multilingual DVD 128 Bit Encryption Media Pack, 1 each, Part Number BT088ML. Period of Performance: 12 month support. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS Number, and Tax ID Number. Quotation may be emailed to Maxine Hollingshed ( Maxine.Hollingshed@robins.af.mil ) no later than 06 Jan 2011, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 11 Jan 2011. Please do not request award status prior to this date. Sole Source to IBM Solutions, 8444 Westpark Drive, Ste 200, McLean VA 22102. Justification for Sole Source Only: In order for all the organizations to use the same requirements management system and IBM Rational Doors is the software tool selected. By Robins Air Force Base using the same software tool will ensure interoperability between organizations.
