- Amendment 1 The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has a requirement for desktops. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A00001: The combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby amended as follows: Article II should read that proposals are due at 4:00pm EST on January 25, 2011.
