- Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) has a requirement for Sandblasting, Prime and CARC paint (M257, M243, M259 Smoke Grenade Launchers 4-tube), (M239 AND M250 Smoke Grenade Launchers, 6-tube); Sandblast, Prime and CARC Paint Stowage (Grenade) Boxes; Sandblast, Prime and CARC Paint accessory boxes, (2 ft. by 2 ft. by 4 ft.); Sandblast, Prime and CARC Paint M17A3 DECON Units; Sandblast, Prime and Carc Paint M12A1 DECON Sets (this consists of a pump, heater and tank); sandblast, prime and CARC paint M26 DECON units; sandblast, prime and CARC paint M17A3 frame, according to military specification, MIL-DTL-53072C. Milvans (8115-00-168-2275) Sandblast, Prime and CARC painted on the outside only. The dimensions are Length; 19'10.5", Width: 8' 3", Height: 8' 3/16", Empty Wt. 4700 lbs. 100K Generators (6115-01-036-6374) Sandblast, Prime and CARC painted, 100K's are subject to Green or Tan CARC painting. Length: 106 in., Width: 40 in., Height: 65 in., Net Weight 6680 lbs. The Government will provide shipping support up to a distance of 50 mile from PBA. A requirements contract for one base year + four option years will be awarded. The Proposed project will be a Small Business Set Aside, Firm Fixed Price Requirement Type Contract. All interested Offeror are asked to submit an email stating your Company interest in the solicitation; with the following information, Offeror's name, address, point of contact, phone number, and e-mail address, Cage Code, DUNS Number and Company Tax ID. Notification as to when and how to obtain a copy of the solicitation from ASFI shall be provided to those interested companies. RFP W911RP-11-R-0006 will issue on or about 11 Jan 2011 with a closing date on or about 14 Feb 2011. Electronic transmissions and faxes are not permitted for proposal submissions.
