- This solicitation is for the award of one $15M capacity Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts supporting the Corps of Engineers South Pacific Division mission for use primarily for areas around and including Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin/Camp Parks/Military Ocean Terminal Concord, California. The work includes primarily paving (including new work, additions, alterations, maintenance and repairs) efforts. The aggregate not-to-exceed amount for the IDIQ contract is $15 million or three years (whichever comes first). There are no option periods. The task orders will generally be between $1M to $3M. The solicitation will include a Task Order project. Acquisition Information: This acquisition is proceeding as Request for Proposal (RFP). This RFP is a HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. Estimated Cost Range is between $10,000,000.00 to $25,000,000.00 Period of Performance for Construction: TBD on each Task Order. This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z199, SIC CODE: 1611, NAICS Code: 237310. The size standard for this code is $33,500,000. Information about the time and location of the site visit/pre-proposal conference will be found in Section 00100 of the specifications when they become available at the time the solicitation is posted. If you need assistance with downloading the plans or specs when they become available or registering as an Interested Vendor, please contact the Contract Specialist. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or after 16 days from the date on this pre-solicitation notice, for downloading at the Government's website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/. No paper copies will be issued. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) once the RFP is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from FedBizOpps will require prior registration in Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov). If you are a first-time FedBizOpps user, you will also be required to register in FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) before accessing the RFP documents.
