- This serves as the notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 620 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 620 ABOA square feet and 1 surface parking space using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Department of Labor. The lease has been awarded to Circle R, LLC in Pierre, SD. Commencing August 1, 2010 through July 31, 2012, the US Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $4,920.00 for a fully serviced lease. Said rent shall consist of shell rent in the amount of $3,500.00 annually and an operating rent of $1,320.00 annually. The lease terms are set at 24 months/6 months firm. GSA may terminate this lease after December 31, 2010 with 30 days notice to the lessor.
