- The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) has developed the enclosed solicitation, (RFQ) VA-69D-11-RQ-0102. The purpose of this solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, parts, tools, licenses, technical/maintenance manuals, testing, travel, and supervision necessary to perform Preventive Maintenance, and Emergency Repair Service for the Water Purification/Dialysis System located at the VAH Hines, 5000 S. 5th Avenue, Bldg, 200, Room D008G, Hines, IL 60141in accordance with the statement of work and the specifications, terms, and conditions listed within this Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a Firm Fixed Price contract, Unrestricted and under NACIS 221310, size standard $7 Million. Anticipated period of performance is on or about January 10, 2011 through September 30, 2011 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods, at the Government's discretion. Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about December 28, 2010. Electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website; www.fedbizopps.gov, select "Find Business Opportunities" and then enter the solicitation number.
