- This serves as the notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 4,498 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 4,498 ABOA square feet, plus approximatley 16,600 square feet of adjoinging secured wareyard and 1 surface parking space using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the National Park Service. The lease has been awarded to MRW Storage TIC in Lovell, WY. Commencing July 1, 2010 for 5 years, the US Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $34,800.00 for a fully serviced lease. Said rent shall consist of shell rent in the amount of $14,618.50 annually and an operating rent of $20,181.50 annually. The lease terms are set at 5 years/3 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after June 30, 2013 with 90 days notice to the lessor.
