- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Wave Relay Single Raido Router (Board Only) with one 2.3-2.5 GHz radio module, integrated GPS receiver and two ethernet ports, (Unit Inccludes starter cable set, FIPS 140-2 Level 1 Validated Suite B Algorithms), Qty 4; 2) Wave Relay Dual Raido Router (Board Only) with two 2.3-2.5 GHz radio module, integrated GPS receiver and two ethernet ports, (Unit Inccludes starter cable set, FIPS 140-2 Level 1 Validated Suite B Algorithms) Qty 4; 3) Blade Antenna, rounded edge with SMA (2.3-2.5 GHz), Qty 8. This requirement is sole sourced to Persistent Systems, LLC., 303 Fifth Avenue Suit 207, New York, NY 10016 as the only vendor able to produce this part. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
