- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government has a requirement for Sports Official (IAW Statement of Work). This acquisition is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 711219 with a size standard of $7.0M Dollars; the SIC code is 7999. A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. Telephone bids will not be processed. Award of contract shall be made only to successful offeror who has registered with Central Contractor (CCR). Vendors may register at: http://www.ccr.gov. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to provide the following items: DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: CLIN 0001: Basketball Regular Season Games (IAW Statement of Work) QTY: 91 EA CLIN 0002: Basketball Playoff Games (IAW Statement of Work) QTY: 15 EA CLIN 0003: Flag Football Regular Season Games (IAW Statement of Work) QTY: 66 EA CLIN 0004: Flag Football Playoff Games (IAW Statement of Work) QTY: 15 EA CLIN 0005: Volleyball Regular Season Games (IAW Statement of Work) QTY: 80 EA CLIN 0006: Volleyball Playoff Games (IAW Statement of Work) QTY: 15 EA CLIN 0007: Softball Regular Season Games (IAW Statement of Work) QTY: 66 EA CLIN 0008: Softball Playoff Games (IAW Statement of Work) QTY: 15 EA CLIN 0009: Softball League Fee Reimbursement (IAW Statement of Work) QTY: 1 EA DELIVERY: 365 Days ADC PERFORMANCE LOCATION: EIELSON AFB AK 99702 Proposals must be submitted and received no later than, Friday, 07 Jan 2011, at 1100 Hours (11:00 A.M.)
