- Justification and Approval PER FAR 5.2 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. Per 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 and DFARS 206.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, Portland District Corps of Engineers intends to issue a Solicitation for IHC designed and built 20 inch Hull Valves for use on USACE Dredge Yaquina on 10 January 2011. The Solicitation closing date shall be 18 January 2011 at 4 PM, Pacific Time. The Award shall be on 26 January 2011.
