- SOURCES SOUGHT SCOPE Provide logistics and pre-screening of candidates for a broad number of position vacancies in compliance with state/federal employment laws and current OFCCP guidelines. Intitiatives supported under contract will improve overall plant performance in meeting B&W Pantex missions. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS None. REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall perform the following tasks: 1) Interact with Human Resources (HR) and management to understand personnel needs, 2) Assist HR and management in screening candidates for employment, and 3) Administer scheduling/logistics for interviews, security pre-screens, and testing GOVERNMENT FURNISHED EQUIPMENT B&W Pantex will provide office equipment including a computer and access to the unclassified network, if required. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED FACILITIES B&W Pantex will provide office facilities and meeting facilities to accommodate the appropriate number or attendees, as applicable. DELIVERABLE DATA 1) Three to five qualified candidates for each position in support of affirmative action plan goals 2) Documentation supporting candidate qualifications meeting job specifications 3) Schedules for interviews, testing, and document completion 4) Applicant flow logs and hiring statistics 5) Documentation required for employment, pre-screeing and security processing SCHEDULE One (1) year contract, anticipated 2/1/11 through 2/1/12 inclusive of three one-year options.
