Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT General Services Administration Seeks Leased Space in Boca Raton, FL REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 1,426 Rentable Square Feet, yielding 1,240 ANSI BOMA Square Feet of office and related use space. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. Subleases are not acceptable. Space must be first class office space, high B building, at least. A mix of retail/office is not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located in Boca Raton, FL within the following boundaries: North C-15 Canal South Yamato Road East A1A West Military Trail (The North Federal Highway will extend through the 1300 block, both sides of the street) REQUIRED: No reserved surface parking spaces are required for the Small Business Administration however, 16 spaces are required on site or within one block of the offered building. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet, or be altered to meet, Government requirements for Security, Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. Include whether the site is located in a flood zone and if so, please indicate the type of zone LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the 5 th year on 60 days notice. Proposed occupancy date is October 1, 2011 or earlier if feasible. OWNERS/AGENTS: Interested parties should submit pertinent information no later than December 29 by 6:00pm EST.
