- *********************THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)*********************** The United States Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command Contracting Center (RDECOM CC) is seeking industry comments on the attached DRAFT Purchase Description(PD) AR/PD 10-04. Industry may respond with comments, in writing using ATTACHMENT 1, no later than 12:00 pm NOON EST on Wednesday, January 5, 2011 and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government. Responses must be provided on ATTACHMENT 1 only, and must provide clear and concise documentation Responses may be submitted via email if the total file size is less than 5MB. Otherwise, responses must be submitted via hard copy to: US Army RDECOMCC, CCRD-AP-BA (Yamakawa), 4118 Susquehanna Avenue, APG, MD 21005.
