- Questions and Answers Round 1 12/22/2010 1. Is CDN new work or is there currently a contractor fulfilling the same work? If it is not new work, who is the current contractor performing the work? A: This work is currently being performed by FedStore Corporation. 2. This appears to be a very well thought out and comprehensive project. I am concerned that we will not be able to effectively respond to all of the requirements within the requested timeframe and as a result will not be able to effectively compete for this opportunity. Can you please clarify why the timeframe for the response is so short (especially given that it is over a holiday weekend)? A: This is strictly a sources sought notice, not a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). At this time the Government is looking for capability statements that demonstrate a vendor's ability to perform the required work, not a complete proposal.
