- The Philadelphia Division Contracting Department of the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk intends to solicit and negotiate a Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. Task Orders issued under this contract will be Firm Fixed Price Task Orders. The purpose of the resultant contract is to acquire Cargo Data support for the Office of Naval Intelligence. This requirement will be solicited through full and open competition. The Office of Naval Intelligence requires support to compile and database worldwide country specific transaction level cargo data on imports, exports, and transshipment from a variety of global sources. The contractor needs to provide a frequent and consistent supply of commercial cargo data in a format compatible with ONI systems. The required date includes: intermodal container, bulk, and break bulk. To meet this requirement, contractors will need to have access to points of contact within ports around the world to be able to discreetly acquire the desired information. It is anticipated that the contract will contain a base period of performance of twelve months plus four (4) twelve month option periods. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 518210 (Data Processing, Hosting, and Related Services).
