THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO STRONGHOLD ENGINEERING, INC., UNDER N62473-10-D-5483, TASK ORDER 0002. The purpose of this modification is to eliminate the hazards associated with lead and asbestos containing materials for this construction project that were unforeseen at the time of contract award.
