- Description
- This action is to add the AN/ALQ-161 Local Oscillator Synthesizer/Phase Module A10 to the DLA umbrella contract SPM400-06-D-9405. This oscillator group NSN 5865-01-571-1593EW P/N 7597720P2 is applicable to B1-B aircraft. This acquisition will include pricing for five years for quantity ranges as follows: Period 1: 25-50 each; Period 2: 25-75 each; Period 3: 25-75 each; Period 4: 25-75 each; Period 5: 25-50 each. The delivery is 9 months after receipt of an order. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, BAE, Nashua NH, CAGE 94117, under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within thirty days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
