- Solicitation and supporting documents will be posted on or about the 20th of December. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort McCoy (RC-North) has a Service -Disabled Veteran-owned small business concern set-aside requirement for a Job Order Contract (hereinafter "JOC") requiring multi-disciplinary maintenance, repair and minor construction work. The unit price book to be utilized for this JOC is the RS Means. It is possible that a task order may involve any work itemized within the price book. This JOC will support approximately 73 facilities throughout the State of Wisconsin plus any facility at Fort McCoy, WI. The solicitation for this requirement will be issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract. The performance period under this JOC will be a one-year base period and two one-year options. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $33,500,000.00. All responsible and responsive Service -Disabled Veteran-owned small business concern may submit an offer which shall be considered by this agency. The Request for Proposals will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 09 December 2010 and proposals will be due on or about 20 January 2011.
