- W15QKN-11-Q-B001 [Combined Synopsis] Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC), Joint Munitions & Lethality Contracting Center, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to solicit, negotiate and award a new Firm-Fixed Price commercial Purchase Order for an Optical Inspection Machine. The solicitation number is W15QKN-11-Q-B001 and is being issued as a full and open competitive Request for Proposal(RFP) to procure an Optical Inspection Machine in accordance with the Statement of Work requirements. There is no set-aside associated with this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513. All information to be furnished in relation to this announcement will be at no cost or obligation to the Government. Closing date for receipt of proposals is 4:00 PM, EDT, 23 December 2010. Any response received after the due date and time will be considered untimely and may not be further considered for evaluation (FAR 15.208(b)). Evaluation and award shall be made in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
