- IQC10281009027. End Item Application: Missile, Patriot, 39-A The item is to be utilized on a Patriot Missile. Sol#SPM4A6-11-R-0051; is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited UNRESTRICTED OTHER THAN FULL & OPEN COMPETITION. The Guaranteed Minimum Qty is 99.9 each for the base year only, Minimum Order Qty is 99.9 each for the base and option years; Maximum Order Qty is 400 each for the base and option years, Estimated Annual Demand Qty is 400 each for the base and option years, and the Maximum Contract Qty per year is 799 each for the base and option years. This requirement is I/A/W US Army Aviation and Missile Command DWG. 11463996, P/N 11463996. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance @Destination. Delivery 39 days ARO. This procurement does not require a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) are in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is 3 January 2011 & closing date of 7 February 2011. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) will apply; offers will be evaluated based on price offered and past performance.
