- RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS IS PROVIDED. QUESTION 1: 3.3.1 states that "closing packets" is within the scope, yet not mentioned elsewhere in the requirements. Can you please confirm the contractor's responsibility is probate case preparation only? RESPONSE: Only "Case Preparation" services are required; "Case Closing" services are not a part of this requirement. QUESTION 2: On page 17 of the solicitation under B. Government provided costs, will the Security Background Investigation costs include fingerprinting? RESPONSE: Fingerprint costs are not provided by the Government (just as the Government/BIA does not pay for applicant's fingerprint costs for federal job vacancies). QUESTION 3: We cannot reconcile the language between Section 9.2.1 that states "only approximately 2 on-site employees will remain to complete the Option Year requirement" and the language in M.1.b.3 states "Option 1: 50 cases X 55 hrs = approx 2750 hrs" and M.1.b.4 -"Option 2: 50 cases X 55 hrs = approx. 2750 hrs". If the expectation is approximately 2 people remaining in the option, was the 2750 hours an error? RESPONSE: Historically, the Case Prep work load for each employee averages 25 cases at any given time. 50 cases, under each Option Year/Performance Period, will only require two individuals to complete the services. QUESTION 4: Please resolve a discrepancy issue regarding NAICS code. The RFQ's 1449 lists 525920. The NBC Solicitation web interface lists 532111 (Passenger Car Rental). We believe the NBC web page is in error, please confirm. RESPONSE: The SF 1449 solicitation document's "525920" NAICS code is the correct code.
