- NAS/STARS Site Prep Canopies Sources Sought The purpose of this procurement is to provide Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS) site preparation at Grand Forks AFB ND prior to STARS equipment installation. The purpose of this procurement is also to purchase and deliver Training Canopies to Cannon AFB NM and Altus AFB OK. The contractor must have demonstrated capability to work in, on, and around an operational airport facility. Grand Forks AFB ND The National Airspace System (NAS) has scheduled Grand Forks AFB for upgrading of their Air Traffic Control facilities with Standard Terminal Automation Replacement System (STARS). The requirement is for STARS site preparation activities at Grand Forks AFB prior to STARS equipment installation. Cannon AFB NM and Altus AFB OK The requirement is to only purchase and deliver the Cannon and Altus Training Canopies to Cannon AFB and Altus AFB respectively.
