- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR 12.6, simplified aquisition procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant order will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-36. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has a requirement for lease of 138 reserved parking spaces for FDA. The location is 1451 Rockville Pike, Rockville, MD. Award shall be made in accordance with FAR Part 13 -- simplified acquisition procedures. The proposed award is for services under NAICS 812930 Parking Lots and Garages. The Government intends to negotiate to the vendor with lowest price quote. Responses to this notice must be via email no later than December December 30, 2010 12:00 pm EST.
