- THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AWARDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH SIMPLIFIEDACQUISITION FAR PART 13. The Government intends to award this requirement on a Sole Source basis toUniversal Power Systems, Inc., 4230 LaFayette Center Drive, Ste. G, Chantilly,VA 20151-1238 on a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for (7) Each2000VA/1400W Global UPS with 92-127 VAC, 198-254 VAC, P/N: 2000TR-IV.No hard copy RFQ will be provided or made available for distribution. This Notice of Intent in NOT a request for competitive quotes. Numbered Note22 applies, however, all interested offers will be considered.
