- Description
- The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Southern Plains Regional Office, intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreement for a period of one Base Year, with two (2) Option Years. The aggregate total dollar value of the base year and two option years shall not exceed $100,000.00. Competition for this requirement is Full and Open to all interested business concerns. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RMB0011009, is hereby cited as the Request for Quote. The items will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to frequently view the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fbo.gov/ for updates and changes. The offereor shall have an active registration with the Central Contractor Registration prior to award in with FAR Clause 52.204-7. If the offereor fails to register, the award will be given to next lowest, responsible bidder. NO EXCEPTIONS! The items will be delivered to Riverside Indian School, Branch of Facilities, 101 North Riverside Drive, Anadarko, Ok 73005. Products shall be deliver as a inside delivery to one story-building, desired delivery time -5 days after Receipt of Order (ARO). The following provisions and clauses apply to this procurement: FAR 52.204-7 Central Contractor Registration; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items (all offerors shall include a completed copy of this provision with their quote); an offeror shall complete only paragraphs (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certificates electronically at electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov if an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision; FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statuses or Executive Orders- Commercial Items(a) The Contractor shall comply with the following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses, which are incorporated in this contract by reference, to implement provisions of law or Executive orders applicable to acquisitions of commercial items: (2) 52.233-3, Protest After Award (AUG 1996) (31 U.S.C. 3553).
