- Description
- The award will be a firm fixed price contract with a base period and two 12-month option periods. The target start date is 1 January 2011. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to provide contracted services. Specific tasks mainly consist of snow removal/plowing and ice melt/sand. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561790, size standard of $7 Million. Prospective Contractors must be a Small Business, as verified on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation shall be posted on or about 16 December 2010 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The due date will be stated in the solicitation. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-46. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
