- PR: 11-80205; Noun: Seal; NSN: 2840-01-168-1326; P/N: 800219; Qty Range: 1 -83 each; Delivery Schedule : 30 March 2012; Appl: TF33 engine; AMC : 1C; Description: This item provides support to air seal #4 disk blade assembly and acts as spacer for outer seals. Dimensions : 39.32 in length X 1.350 in width X 39.32 in heighth. Weight : 20lbs. This requirement is restricted in order to maintain the quality of the part due to unique design requirements and needed engineering & manufacturing knowledge. Current approved sources are Flanagan Brothers, Electro-Methods Inc, Union Machine and RDS Manufacturing. Tinker AFB engineering document "Qualification Requirements for Manufacture of Propulsion Critical Safety Items" provides direction to those contractors with interest in becoming a qualified source. The approximate date the solicitation will be posted is 3 January 2011.
