- 1. Is there is a COTR or any official in the program office assigned to this opportunity? If so, may I please have his/ her contact information? Answer: The contact information regarding this Request for Information is myself via e-mail kary_goetz@nps.gov. No phone calls will be accepted on this Request for Infomation and the caller will be directed to send all correspondence via the e-mail address provided as to maintain a level playing field thru out this process. 2. Is there an associated NAICS code or an acquisition strategy planned? Answer: The NAICS code associated with this request for information is 541620 Environmental Consulting Services. As far as the acquisition plan we are in the information gathering stage to see what is out there no procurement action is being planned at this time. 3. Does NPS have a priority for meeting contract awards to a certain business category? Answer: Currently we are just requesting information any set aside will be determined at a later date. 4. Do BAER Team members need to have a Red Card? Answer: Yes All contractors and subcontractors will be required to have an Incident Qualification Card also known as a " Red Card" and must be able to provide documentation upon request.
