- Solicitation SP451011Q5004 for Drain and Purge Services at Various CONUS Military Sites. Notice amended to post solicitation content. Note procurement is unrestricted and includes three bid schedules covering the Contintental United States in three regions. Contractors may bid on one, two or all three schedules as suits their capability and interest. Note also that questions are due 22 Dec 2010 and the Government is not obligated to answer questions received after this common cut-off date. If warranted, an amendment to answer all questions will be issued prior to the offer due date of 29 Dec 2010. Contractors are respsonsible for checking FBO prior to the closing date for any/all amendments that may be issued.
