- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. We have the need to procure 1,531 each of Samsung 128 Mbit GDDR SDRAM (mfg p/n: K4D263238G-GC33). This is a "Brand name" request and only the specific former described item will suffice. Bids must be from authorized distributors and provide certificate of traceability and certificate of conformance verifying the component has pedigree and is devoid of counterfeit status in order to be considered for this procurement. The applicable NAICS code is 334413 with a size standard of 500 employees. Payment will be made by the Defense Financial and Accounting System (DFAS); therefore, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (http://www.ccr.gov/), as well as, Wide Area Work Flow (https://wawf.eb.mil/). Award shall be made to the most technically acceptable, low price proposal. All bids will be evaluated based on price and delivery schedules as long as the items meet the requirements listed above. You shall submit commercially available literature demonstrating that all of the requirements listed above are met. From the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, 52.233-3, 52.233-4, 52.204-7, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, and 52.212-5 with applicable items, 52.219-28, 52.222-3, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.223-18, 52.225-13 and 52.232-33. From the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), the following provisions and clauses are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.203-7000, 252.204-7004 Alt.A and 252.212-7000, 252.247-7023 and 252.212-7001 with applicable item 252.232-7003 and 252.225-7001. Proposals shall include all charges that will be invoiced for (i.e. shipping and freight) and exclusion from tax. Your company's tax identification number, DUNS number, and amount of delivery days will need to be indicated somewhere on the proposal. Price proposals should be valid for 30 days from the date of submission.
