- THE SOLICITATION ISSUE DATE IS CHANGED TO DECEMBER 16, 2010. CLOSING DATE IS JANUARY 18, 2011. PR 0027777694, NSN 1560-00-910-6931, DOOR ASSEMBLY, ACCESS. Manufacture in accordance with The Boeing Company, CAGE 77272, or Helicomb International Inc, CAGE 6W159, P/N 114S2903-83. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government The solicitation will result in a definite quantity contract for a quantity of 40 each. 203 days for production lead-time. FOB at Destination. Inspection/acceptance at Origin. First Article Contractor test required. Government Fit Verification test required. MYLAR required. Item is of critical application. Configuration control applies. Export Control Certification required. Formal Cost or Pricing data will be required. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan is required. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
