- Conditions: The South Bronx Job Corps Academy requests your quotation under the following conditions. We request a per item cost for Dickies Khaki pants, light blue polo shirts, 100% black leather belts as listed below. Quotes must be guaranteed for the period of January 4, 2011 through September 28, 2011. In accordance with Department of Labor National Contract with ResCare, Inc. This bid is for a clothing consignment contract. The winning vendor will be required to maintain a student uniform inventory, on site, as consignment for South Bronx Job Corps Academy. The vendor will also be required to purchase our current student body uniform inventory at the current price structure (approx. 20k-30K retail) and stock enough inventory for a 2-3 week period. Ordering will be done bi-weekly and the vendor will invoice the Center net 30 with a blanket Purchase order. The South Bronx Job Corps Academy reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. We also reserve the right to reject any portion of the proposal. Federal funds are used to pay all bills incurred by the South Bronx Job Corps Academy. As a result, all applicable federal regulations will be in effect. Please indicate your cost per item for the clothing listed above All bids must be in a sealed tracking enevlope in the purchasing office by C.O.B 01-14-10 at 5:00pm.
