CB-OTH-IV is a multi-mission asset supporting: Ports, Waterways and Coastal Security; Search and Rescue, Drug Interdiction; Alien Migrant Interdiction Operations; Living Marine Resources; Other Law Enforcement and National Defense missions. Parent cutters may employ the CB-OTH-IV at sea anywhere in the world, day and night, in varying sea and weather conditions. This solicitation is being issued under NAICS Code 336612 (size standard: 500 or fewer employees) as a 100% small business set-aside. The USCG intends to use a Two-Phased evaluation process. Phase I shall consist of an evaluation of the written proposals received in response to this solicitation. The intended result of Phase I shall be to award up to four Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to produce a minimum of one boat each. Phase I will conclude with the delivery and acceptance of the ordered CB-OTH-IV boats. Phase II involves a physical testing and validation of the accepted boats. Phase II will conclude with the selection of the overall best value, which will become the single CB-OTH-IV production contractor. The solicitation is hereby attached.
