- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: North Carolina City: Greenville Delineated Area: North: West 1 st Street South: West 9 th Street East: South Reade Street West: South Pitt Street / Clark Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 19,596 ABOASF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,576 ABOASF Space Type: Court Related Office Space Parking Spaces (Total): Five (5) Reserved, Secure Spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): Zero (0) Parking Spaces (Structured): Five (5) Reserved, Secure Spaces Parking Spaces (Reserved): Five (5) Secure Spaces Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 15 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Parking for up to 250 additional cars must be available on a daily basis within a walkable ½ mile of any proposed location. First consideration will be given to historic buildings. 20 foot setbacks are preferred but not required. Where 20 foot setbacks are not possible, mitigating security measures may be required. Offered space must be contiguous within the building. If multiple floors are offered, space must be serviced by a minimum of two (2) elevators. Required reserved parking can be within the preferred setback. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
