- Description
- Specification for program 5568-S. These specifications cover the production of a magazine requiring such operations as research, writing, editorial management, design, drafts, handling electronic files, proofs, 4-color process printing, binding, packing, mailing, and delivery. The term of this contract is for 1 year (base year period for January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011) and 4 option year periods (January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012; January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013; January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014 and January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015). Approximately 3 to 4 issues per year, anticipate 4 issues. An occasional order will require a 4 page insert. Approximately 285,000 to 325,000 copies per issue, average 300,000 copies per issue. Magazine trim size is 8 x 10-7/8". 48 day production schedule.
