- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 703 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 703 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 0 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Transportation Security Administration. The lease has been awarded to Cedar City Corporation located in Cedar City, Utah. Commencing November 1, 2010 through January 31, 2018, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $5,989.56 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $499.13 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $5,089.72 annually and operating rent of $899.84. The lease terms are set at 87 months. GSA may terminate this lease after October 31, 2010 with 60 days written notice to the Lessor.
