- Description
- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 635 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 635 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 0 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Transportation Security Administration. The lease has been awarded to City of Williston in Williston, ND. Commencing October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2017, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $14,643.10 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $1,220.25 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $13,074.65 annually and operating rent of $1,568.45. The lease terms are set at 7 years/1 year firm. GSA may terminate this lease after September 30, 2011 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
