- In accordance with the requirements of the Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a), Sole Source Acquisitions, the Government proposes to issue a non-competitive modification action to JAD Business Services Inc. to extend the contract N00140-06-P-0008 three (3) month performance period that will conclude on 31 March 2011. The proposed extension will provide continued support to the Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk warehouse located at the United States Naval Academy, Naval Support Activity, Annapolis, MD until a competitive follow-on contract can be initiated.
