- Request for Quote (RFQ) SOLICITATION DOCUMENT NO. RMH00110004 is issued for a variety of bakery food products to be delivered and unloaded at Sherman Indian High School, Riverside, CA 92503, for the student Food Service Program. Potential quoters are to download the soliciation document in its' entirety from fedbizopps / nbc website. The Government intends to issue a Fixed Price Contract award for the Base Year, with a three (3) possible Option Years - the potential quoters are NOT to interpret or assume that the Option Years are an automatic extension of the Term of the Contract. Issue Date for the RFQ is o/a 12-13-2010, Monday. Closing Date for receipt of quotes is 12-17-2010, Friday, 4:30 PM Phoenix, AZ local time. Initial Services (delivery of the bakery food items) is to be initiated the week of 01-01-2011.
