- Federal Business Opportunities December 13, 2010 Combined Solicitation/Synopsis BEP-RFQ-11-0077 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code is 333293 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing has a requirement for: 1. Camera Part # L6959221 used on the NOTA-SAVE III Inspection system Quantity 2 (EA) 2. Circuit Board Part # L0048055 Used on the NOTA-SAVE III Inspection System Quantity 3 (EA) 3. Circuit Board Part # L0048076 Used on the NOTA-SAVE III Inspection System Quantity 3 (EA) This is for use on the NOVA - SAVE III INSPECTION SYSTEM. Place of delivery is Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Loading Dock, 14th & C Streets S.W. Washington, DC. Delivery and acceptance is FOB Destination. All qualified vendors must submit a quote in writing referencing Request for Quotation number - BEP - RFQ-11-0077. Quotations may be submitted on the attached SF 18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, DUNs number, and size status (i.e., small business, disadvantaged business, women owned, HUBZone, etc.). If the item is available under GSA Schedule, please provide the schedule number. All sources must submit a quote with required Offeror Representations and Certifications by 2:30 pm EST, December 17, 2010. Quotes received after that time may not be considered.
