- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Agriculture Marketing Service, Science and Technology, Washington, D.C. has a requirement for an expert in Trichinae Export Programs and verification testing. The USDA intends to award a firm fixed price contract with for one year with four additional one year options. The solicitation will be issued on or about December 13, 2010. The solicitation will be posted to this website. The Government intends to provide the solicitation and all amendments via this website only. This will be best value procurement. It is anticipated that the formal solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) AG-6395-S-11-0012, will be released on or about December 13, 2010 and posted on this FEDBIZOPPS website. Please download the RFP from this website. All responsible offerors may submit an offer. After release, one may download a copy of the solicitation at this site.
