- Solicitation Documents: all requested information must be completely filled out including each line item Department of Labor Wage Determination for Erie County, New York Statement of Work detailing the terms and details of the services to be performed. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Buffalo District is seeking to award one firm-fixed price contract for all labor, service, equipment, and transportation to provide twice a week dumpster trash removal service for the Corps of Engineers (Buffalo District), 1776 Niagara Street, Buffalo, NY (Dann Street Entrance via Hamilton). This commercial acquisition will be open to all qualified contractors. The Contractor will bid on base contract line items and all options; for more details please see the Statement of Work attached to this solicitation. The Government will evaluate offers for award based upon the lowest price for the base year and all four option years combined which conforms to the solicitation. The solicitation package must be completely filled out and each line item should be quoted as a per dumpster, per pick-up day price of each line item. This contract will be awarded no later than January 4, 2011, for services to begin promptly on January 6, 2011. This service contract shall comply with all applicable U.S. standards, laws and regulations. Emailed quotes are preferred and will be sent to frank.j.dandrea@usace.army.mil by 3:00 PM (EST) on December 29, 2010. Any fax submission shall contain a cover sheet with a company header and directed to Contracting Department, Frank J. D'Andrea by the above date and time. The solicitation documents will only be available via the Federal Business Opportunity Website at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies will not be available. No written requests will be accepted. It is the contractor's responsibility to monitor FBO for any amendments. Registration requirements (applicable to US firms only, as required by DFARS 204.7300), all US contractors must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
