- The 81st Army Reserve Center has a requirement (Yellow Ribbon Conference) for commercial item to include Lodging, Meals, Conference/Meeting Rooms, AV Equipment, Child Care, and Airport Transportation services in Orlando, FL. Commercial item solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or about 22 December 2010. Solicitation number W912C611R0009. A firm fixed price contract shall be used for this acquisition utilizing unrestricted procedures.
